Returns
At MeeFactory, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Our return policy allows you to return products purchased from our platform within the specified return period, as mentioned on the product detail page, subject to the following terms and conditions:
Conditions for Return: Returns will not be accepted if the product is damaged, altered, used, or not in its original packaging. Additionally, the IMEI/serial number, name, image, brand, or barcode of the returned product should match the records.
Returnable Products: Products marked as ‘returnable’ on the product detail page can be returned. Items labeled as ‘non-returnable’ cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Products: Products identified as ‘non-returnable’ on the product detail page can only be exchanged under certain conditions.
Return Process: Initiate the return request from the ‘My Orders’ section within the specified return window. The product must be in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
Exchange
Exchanges are allowed within the exchange period mentioned on the product detail page, subject to the following:
- Exchangeable Products: Check the eligibility for exchange in the ‘My Orders’ section after delivery. The exchange is typically for the same product, not for a different product.
- Conditions for Exchange: The product should be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Process for Exchange: Similar to returns, initiate the exchange request from the ‘My Orders’ section. Keep the product ready for pickup, and the exchanged item will be delivered after a successful quality check.
Refund
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- Refund Method: The refund will be credited to the original payment source after deducting any applicable return costs.
- Refund Time Frame: The refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after the product is received and passes the quality check.
- Conditions for Refund: If you paid via Cash on Delivery, you can choose to receive the refund in your bank account or as MeeFactory Balance.
Additional Information
- Instant Refund: For eligible orders, instant refunds are available within 4 hours of the product being picked up and successfully processed by our delivery partners.
- Exceptions: MeeFactory reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of fraud, abuse of return policies, or any other reason deemed appropriate.
